■ Pricing

One price per device.

You pay for the Mac and Windows devices you manage. Every feature is included: there are no tiers, no charge per administrator, and no charge per fix.

Superendpoint is in early access. We set up each organization with you, and the trial starts then. For large fleets or payment by invoice, talk to us.

How billing works

What counts as a device?
A Mac or Windows computer enrolled in your organization. It counts from enrollment until you retire it, including while it is offline. Retiring a device stops managing it and stops billing for it.
What happens when my fleet changes?
On a monthly plan the price follows your device count up and down, and the difference appears on your next invoice. On an annual plan, devices you add are charged for the rest of the year when you add them, and retiring devices lowers the price at renewal.
Is there a trial?
Yes. When your organization is set up you have 14 days and up to 5 devices before you choose a plan. No card is needed to start.
Is the assistant extra?
No. Ask Superendpoint is included, with a fair-use limit of 5,000 answered questions per organization each month. There are no overage charges.
What if a payment fails or we cancel?
Nothing is uninstalled and no device is changed. After the retry period, new enrollments and new changes pause until billing is settled. You can still read your data, export evidence, revoke access, and retire devices.
Do prices include tax?
No. Tax is added at checkout where it applies.
