■ Deploy
Install once. Stay current.
Required, available, managed when present, or prohibited, in one policy model. Target your whole fleet, a group, or one device, with rollout percentages, maintenance windows, and update deadlines.
Private early access
When a Mac or Windows device fails a check, Superendpoint runs the fix you approved, then checks again to prove it worked. Fewer tickets, less chasing, and evidence for every fix. Built for lean IT teams.
Works alongside your MDM. Nothing to replace or migrate.
Behind this text, an animated picture of a sample fleet: each square is a device. When one fails a check, a fix runs, the check runs again, and the device is marked fixed and verified.
■ Self-healing
Most tools tell you what's broken. Superendpoint fixes it, then shows you the evidence that it's fixed.
Detect
The check fails: Microsoft Defender protection is turned off.
FAILEDRepair
A fix you approved runs on its own.
AUTOMATICVerify
Fresh evidence from the device decides. Nothing closes on a command's exit code.
CHECKINGDone
Nobody opened a ticket.
FIXED & VERIFIEDSafe fixes run automatically. Sensitive ones wait for your approval. If a fix doesn't work, the next one is tried, and IT hears about it only when nothing worked, with a record of everything already attempted.
The goal isn't more alerts. It's fewer problems left for IT.
■ AI support engineer
And when someone does ask, there's an engineer on it.
Ask about any device in plain language. Ask Superendpoint reads live device evidence, cites your runbooks, and can start the low-risk fixes you allow. Then it tells you whether the check passed. No remote session needed.
It has no shell and never starts a fix that needs approval. Employees can ask about their own computer and get a handoff to IT, but can't start fixes.
What's wrong with Priya's laptop?
One check is failing: Firewall protection healthy. The firewall is turned off. Automatic updates healthy has had no result for 26 hours, so I can't tell you about that one. Everything else that reported is passing.
Your runbook says the firewall stays on for every network profile.
Based on checks, device health, and "Windows firewall policy" (your runbook, reviewed 12 days ago)
Fix the firewall.
I've started Turn on the firewall. It's a low-risk fix your organization allows me to start.
The check passed when it ran again, so the finding is closed.

■ Platform
Deploy the software a device needs, keep it in the state it should be in, and support the person using it.
■ Deploy
Required, available, managed when present, or prohibited, in one policy model. Target your whole fleet, a group, or one device, with rollout percentages, maintenance windows, and update deadlines.
■ Protect
Encryption, firewall, antivirus, OS updates, restart age, and disk space are checked continuously on Mac and Windows. Missing or stale evidence shows as not assessed, never as a pass. Use published checks or build your own.
■ Support
Run read-only diagnostics for CPU, memory, disk, recent failures, and connectivity. Diagnostics come from a fixed catalog, never a typed command. Or connect your own AI client through the MCP server.
Two apps used most of the CPU while I measured: Chrome at 61% and Zoom at 24%. Memory was not under pressure. This covers the last 10 seconds, not earlier today.
■ Manage · Mac COMING SOON
Enroll Macs and manage them from the same console as everything else. Already on another MDM? Keep it. Superendpoint works the same either way, and on Windows it runs alongside the MDM you already use.
■ Employees
In the Superendpoint desktop app, employees see what IT needs from them and by when, install software from catalogs you open, and ask what's wrong with their computer. When they do need IT, the request arrives with diagnostics attached, so nobody starts from "it's slow."

■ Control and security
Superendpoint changes a device only through the checks, fixes, and permissions you allow, and records what happened on each one.
01
No shell, SQL, or file access, enforced by the service, not a prompt.
02
Devices authenticate to the cloud, and the agent validates each instruction before it changes anything.
03
Every device field has its own AI-access rule. Admin visibility doesn't mean model visibility.
04
Every recovery-key reveal is logged. Only admins and owners can approve fixes or change automation.
We haven't completed an independent audit yet. In early access, we walk your security team through exactly how it works.
■ FAQ
No. Superendpoint runs as its own agent alongside the MDM you already use, so there's nothing to migrate. We check it against your setup with you before rollout. For Macs without an MDM, our own Mac MDM is coming soon.
Push it through your existing MDM as a signed package.
macOS 13 or later and Windows 10 or later. Some checks and fixes are platform-specific, and supported applications are confirmed during early access.
The first fix on that check's list starts, automatically or after approval. The check then runs again, and the finding closes only when it passes. If it still fails, the next fix is tried. When none are left, IT is alerted with the full history.
It fixes what you allow. Some checks have no automatic fix and alert IT, some fixes are a request to the employee, and high-risk fixes wait for approval unless you decide otherwise.
Only within limits you set. It starts a fix only when someone with permission asks, only up to the risk level you allow, and never one that needs approval. You can turn this off entirely.
Device data passes through a per-field filter first: some is aggregated or redacted, and some is withheld. Runbooks you publish are sent so the model can cite them, and documents containing credentials are refused or flagged.
One price per managed device, with every feature included. See pricing.
Not yet. I'm onboarding a small number of teams in early access. Book a call or request access to talk through your environment.
